As Organizational Programs Manager, Todd has works with leaders and managers to strengthen their emotional intelligence to build more effective relationships with their superiors, peers, and staff. He designs organizational programs, co-facilitates EQ trainings and develops programming for the international NexusEQ conferences.

Todd's professional background includes 20 years as a sales and marketing executive. At Grubb & Ellis, he built the company’s reputation as the leading provider of market data and managed its highly acclaimed sales training program. As VP of sales and marketing for a high growth software company, he recruited and developed a telesales force that enabled the company to grow by more than 50 percent per year. At Backroads, the world's #1 active travel company, as VP of Sales and Guest Services, Todd built and managed a high performing sales department and enhanced customer loyalty through numerous process improvements.

For the past six years Todd has been consulting with organizations on how to engage their employees to get better results. His clients include The Brown Schools, Partners In School Innovation, and The Coalition of Essential Schools.

Todd earned his MBA from Stanford University, Graduate School of Business, an MA in City and Regional Planning from the University of California, Berkeley, and his BA from Yale University. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife, Leslie, and has two grown sons.
